Module content | As an intern at a welfare organization, the student has to apply social work theory in social work practice from a developmental frame of reference. The focus will be on interventions with individuals, families, groups and communities. Interventions are aimed at prevention, early intervention, statutory processes and continuum of developmental services, taking into account relevant policy issues from a global and local perspective, while upholding the basic values and principles enshrined in the Bill of Rights in the SA Constitution. Management of own workload. |
